The following case study is a small segment of an ongoing strategic, cross company project. Initated by the WIX Editor team. 
The ‘Stage Concept’ focuses on addressing a major user pain point related to the usage and understanding of the
"Stage" & “Gridlines”*.

Roles and responsibilities:


  • Conducting competitor research.
  • Gathering insights from various stakeholders such as Customer Care, Business Analysts, and Marketing
  • Creating user experience concepts 
  • Defining key flows
  • Participating in user voice talks




Define the problem

Through the analysis of Customer Care tickets, feature requests, marketing research, and reviewing recorded user sessions, we identified a problem in how users perceive and interact with the main work environment, which is the Stage.

“My site doesn't look good.”



“Elements on my site disappears or gets cut off.”
