Swapp.ai was transitioning into a SaaS platform, making self-service a core part of the first user experience. This project focused on designing a self-service onboarding flow to help new client firms reach meaningful product usage early. I led the UX design and defined the onboarding happy path, resulting in wireframes for the proposed flow.

Primary user: Firm Admin
First user in the system, responsible for firm setup, permissions, and inviting teammates. Goal: get the firm running quickly, with minimal guidance.
Secondary users: Team members

- Enable fast setup without losing accuracy
- Reduce cognitive load during first-time use
- Support an asynchronous flow where steps can be completed out of order
- Prevent early drop-off from long or rigid flows
